Are you looking to hire a special venue for your wedding, party, business or family event?

Our hall is for the benefit of the community of Markbeech and is offered for hire to all. Our rates for hiring the hall are as below. Profits made are for the benefit of maintaining the hall. Use of the garden is included in all hire charges.

Weddings *
Time of hire includes the day of the wedding and from 2pm on the day before the wedding for set up until 12 noon on the day after the wedding for clearing up. We can recommend a host of local suppliers - caterers, florists, accommodation, etc. - local knowledge is everything!  Local resident discount available.

Preparation and clear up time
Hirer entitled to 1 hour free preparation time and half an hour clearing up time. Extra time charged at half rate.

Cleaning
Hirer must clean the hall after use and the Committee reserve the right to make an additional charge if the hall is not left clean, tidy and undamaged. All Rubbish must be removed by the hirer.
